Aspen Dental and MD Now Urgent Care clinic take up about half of a building at Veterans Parkway and Santa Barbara Boulevard.
That location is right next door to a Burger King, Wawa, and the new Aldi grocery store, which opens on Aug. 18.
Shiebler said an investment group paid a lot of money to be in this type of location.
